Please note that anonymous users will still be reported as such and there is no authentication on public mobile interfaces and on our native mobile app. So users using these two channels will also be anonymous users for now.

We are currently working on an Audit Log for checklist activities. We'll update you as soon as we released it.

It seems to me that there are 2 more (more or less) similar requests:
https://vote.seibert-media.net/checklists-for-atlassian/p/track-checklist-actions-as-jira-activities
This request here currently has (just) the most votes.
If I counted correctly, it would have 7 more votes (not counting doubles) along with the other wishes.

I also strongly support this feature request. Our support team highly desires that it is transparent who has made changes or entries.
I understand the need to support anonymous users.
My suggestion would be that known users are displayed with their name, all anonymous users accordingly only as "anonymous".
Martin Seibert
We do not support this at this point. People who scan a QR code and fill out a checklist on the web and those using our mobile app work as anonymous users at this point. We'll have to address this to make such a feature work holistically.

We could have our own view and add the Jira entries on top.

A suggestion from a customer who also wanted this feature was to write these logs as history into the Jira issue. That sounds good so far. But we would then have to think about a solution for Confluence. I would prefer a uniform solution.
