Trigger new checklists from within a checklist
To model processes that have a sequential order it would be helpful if new checklists could be created from existing checklists. To do that a template could have a checklist-generation trigger where there is a simple checklist task today as well.
Filter option for "Only Checklists with Attachments or Notes"
In the case of evaluating a large number of completed checklists, it would make sense to have a filter in the overview that filters for corresponding attachments such as images or notes. This makes it easier for me to get an overview of such checklists where things may need to be adjusted or optimized.
Yes/No option for checklist tasks
In some checklist it's essential to make sure, that a certain criteria is met. Non-compliance does have a follow-up activity then.
Add a deeplink to checklist templates in the admin area
At this point there are no deep links in the admin area.
Create Checklists via Rest API
Checklists are an essential part of many routines where more than manual trigger are required. By using a rest API to create checklists out of templates one can automate creating, assigning and thus controlling Checklists.

Es wäre praktisch, könnte ich die Aufgaben in einer Checkliste, die ich aus einem Template generiert habe, noch anpassen. So könnte ich zum Beispiel Rollen, die immer wieder aufkommen (Moderator in, Speaker in ect) mit einem Platzhalter eintragen und anschließend die tatsächliche Person eintragen. As a user I would like to have an overview of my personal checklists, that I have generated, that are open and that I have already filled out. This can be lists that remind me of what is left undone or due soon. But it can also be statistics.
Fixed date for every task
Every task should have the option to display an uneditable date of when the task was checked done. This way we could sum up daily tasks on a monthly list.
Tasks that cannot be completed during the processing of a checklist or that require follow-up work can be outsourced as "follow-ups tasks" and assigned to individual persons. It would also be conceivable that these follow-ups tasks could be stored in a central team task management system (e.g. Atlassian Jira).
Edit option for created checklists
As a user that writes To-do lists for myself I would like to start off daily with a basic template (contains some categories and daily tasks) but still edit a created checklist afterwards in order to add, sort and remove tasks during the burn down of tasks. A create new checklist from same template button should optionally move remaining tasks to a new checklist based on the same template.
