Make visible in the board

Hi i want to make the colored labels visible in the boards. However, the custom field is not showing up in the "customize cards" drop down of the board. Thus, I can't make the colored labels visible in the board screen. They only show on the edit issue screen.

Team-managed projects have some restrictions for custom fields: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336
You are able to add to add custom fields to cards in company managed projects. But sadly they are not rendered as in the normal issue view. This is a flaw in the Atlassian Forge framework. See this ticket: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/FRGE-135
We are very sorry, but have to wait until this is resolved on the Atlassian side.
